Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TITAN SENDER ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

TITAN SENDER grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single device per license key. The license is bound to your machine ID and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred without prior authorization.

3. Permitted Use

The Software is intended for legitimate email marketing, outreach, and communication purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other anti-spam legislation in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Software to send unsolicited spam or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Share, redistribute, or resell license keys
  • Attempt to bypass license validation or activation
  • Use the Software for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Modify or create derivative works of the Software

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

All your data — contacts, campaigns, SMTP credentials, templates, and settings — is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect, store, or have access to your email content or contact lists. License validation and AI features communicate through encrypted channels (AES-256-GCM) with your data processed in-memory and never stored server-side.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal data necessary for license management: your license key, machine ID (hardware-derived hash), and activation timestamps. No personal identifying information, email content, contact lists, or SMTP credentials are transmitted to our servers. AI tool requests are processed through our server as a proxy to the AI provider — your prompts are processed in real-time and not stored.

7. Security

All sensitive fields are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All network communication uses AES-256-GCM encryption with HMAC-SHA256 request signing. Backup files are encrypted. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect license management infrastructure.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee email deliverability, inbox placement, or any specific sending results. Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control including your sender reputation, DNS configuration, content quality, and recipient server policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TITAN SENDER be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate your access to the Software at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Updates

We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
